San Francisco shoegaze duo Tamaryn released their warm-sounding, sonically massive debut The Waves back in 2010. Still to this day, that album remains one of the most cohesive and devastatingly beautiful set of songs in recent years. With great joy, we are honored to share news of their upcoming full-length Tender New Signs, which is due out October 16 on the on-point Mexican Summer label. The first single from the release is “I’m Gone,” a romantic, dreamy pop song directing back to Spin’s perfect piece on indie heartachers lurking in the shadows of that wildly popular David Lynch mystery series. Stream the track below, and purchase the single here for a small fee. The gorgeous artwork for both the single and full-length was created by Weekend‘s Shaun Durkan. There’s too much to love here.
